I got a GroupOn deal for here and decided to take vocal training. My teacher, Michelle, is a very sweet and happy person that she makes lessons encouraging. I enjoyed every lesson and hope to continue!

I bought my husband, Jay, Ukulele lessons and myself voice lessons via Living Social, and am SOOOO happy that I did! My husband has continued his weekly uke lessons with Josh, and I now take weekly voice lessons from Michelle. They are both fabulous teachers and more important genuinely love what they do. They encourage us tremendously and we really look forward to our 1/2 hour of "Just for me" time every week. Jay is in the other room playing right now!! I am grateful for Sen Music and owner Gary who has made it affordable for us to actually pursue some fun and personal growth again! DO IT FOR YOURSELF & SUPPORT A LOCAL BIZ WHILE YOU'RE AT IT! My 9 year old daughter has been taking voice lessons with Davelynn for a while now and we are very pleased with how things are going. Davelynn is positive an supportive and makes your child feel comfortable. She is very flexible too. We only go once a week and I admit my daughter hardly does any formal practicing outside of the lessons ( our motivation is to support her with the fun she has with singing and not to pressure her into getting to a professional level). Even so, her voice is significantly better than before we started taking the lessons. Years ago I got a living social voucher for singing lessons which I took /w Gary and that was a really fun experience. I highly recommend Sen Music Studios. Parking is easy to find and free.

I never thought I could sing but had always wanted to take voice lessons just to be able to sing karaoke once in a while. When I saw the living social special I knew I had to give it a try. Shortly after I left a message Gary called me back, saying that although they couldn't schedule my appointment right away he just wanted to give me a courtesy call. To me, that is good customer service. Within a couple of weeks, I had my first lesson with Davelynn. I was nervous and completely out of my comfort zone but she was so encouraging, kind and professional. Now three lessons later, I already feel like I've learned quite a bit and have decided to continue on with the voice lessons. I know there's so much more for me to learn about singing and I want to learn from this group of people who are knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and professional. The studio itself is clean and comfortable. Definitely a good local business to support.

I've taken voice lessons with Gary for about a year and I can tell that my singing has improved. I've been singing off and on - mostly for my own enjoyment, but sometimes out in public (choir, karaoke, shower (jk)). I can't tell you how wonderful it is to improve upon my singing and, with Gary's approach to teaching and easy-going manner, how enjoyable it is to just go to the studio each week to train. It is such a departure from what I do for work (in a technical field) - and every time I go to train, the stress just melts away. Unfortunately, I am being transferred to a new location for my job and will not be able to continue to take lessons, but I am happy that I had the chance to learn with and get to know Gary. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
